Cable shears (with ratchet) 570 mm hardened with multi-component handles KNIPEX suitable for cable diameter up to 38 mm. They have swinging handles for setting the optimal distance between the arms and an exchangeable cutting head. They are suitable for working in narrow spaces. Convenient work on the principle of a ratchet with a latch and low weight. They are extendable up to a length of 770 mm for maximum leverage with large cable diameters. Possibility to slide to a length of 570 mm for minimal space requirements during transport. Large cutting range up to max. 38 mm or max. 280 mm (eg 4 x 70 mm NYY) for copper and aluminum cables. The advantage is an easy and clean cut thanks to the optimal geometry of the blades. The arm is a high-strength aluminum oval tube. The cutting head is made of special tool steel of a special quality, hardened in oil.
