IGBT-200A Inverter Electrode Welder

Inverter welder for welding with coated electrodes (MMA). The welder operates with a voltage of 230 V, adjustable welding current in the range of 20 - 200 A, and is equipped with HOT START, ANTI STICK, and ARC FORCE functions. The welder has active fan cooling.
HOT START - enables easy ignition of the welding arc by temporarily automatically increasing the welding current at the start of the electrode compared to the set welding current.
ANTISTICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welded material. If the electrode does stick, the electronic circuit reduces the welding voltage and current to such an extent that the electrode does not expand and its coating does not fall off. With the reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can be more easily detached from the welded material.
ARC FORCE - is an automatic function of the welder that compensates for any differences between the actual and the set welding current. This difference is caused by the instability of the welder's hand.
