Inverter welder MMA IGBT 300 A 230 V

The inverter welder with a voltage of 230 V is used for welding with coated electrodes. It features smooth adjustment of welding current in the range of 20 - 300 A. The advantage is the active cooling system and modern bipolar IGBT transistor, which replaces the older MOSFET. The welder is equipped with HOT START, ANTI STICK, and ARC FORCE systems.
HOT START - enables easy ignition of the welding arc by temporarily automatically increasing the welding current at the electrode's ignition compared to the set welding current size.
ANTI STICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welded material. If the electrode does stick, the electronic circuit reduces the welding voltage and current to such an extent that it does not lead to the electrode's expansion and subsequent shedding of the coating from the electrode. At reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can more easily detach from the welded material.
ARC FORCE - is an automatic feature of the welder that balances any differences between the actual and set welding current. This difference is caused by the welder's hand instability.
