Inverter welding machine with continuous regulation of welding current in the range of 20-300 A, for welding with covered electrodes (MMA). Voltage 230 V, weight of only 4 kg and compact dimensions ensure universal use anywhere, without increased demands on the power capacity of the electrical network. The device contains a modern IGBT transistor that replaced the less powerful MOSFET. The inverter welding machine is equipped with HOT START, ANTI STICK and ARC FORCE functions.
HOT START - enables easy ignition of the welding arc by short-term automatic increase of the welding current when the electrode is ignited compared to the set welding current size.
ANTISTICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welded material. Even if the electrode sticks, the electronic circuit will reduce the welding voltage and current to such an extent that the electrode does not become red hot and the cover falls off from the electrode. With a reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can be detached from the welded material more easily. This difference is caused by the instability of the welder's hand.
