Inverter Welder MMA IGBT 300A 230V

The inverter welder with continuous adjustment of welding current ranging from 20 – 300 A, suitable for welding with coated electrodes (MMA). Voltage 230 V, weight only 5 kg and compact dimensions ensure universal application anywhere without increased demands on the power capacity of the electrical network. The device includes a modern IGBT transistor replacing the less powerful MOSFET. The inverter welder comes equipped with HOT START, ANTI STICK, and ARC FORCE functions.
HOT START - allows easy ignition of the welding arc by temporarily automatically increasing the welding current at the ignition of the electrode compared to the preset welding current size.
ANTISTICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the material. In case the electrode sticks, the electronic circuit reduces the welding voltage and current to such an extent that the electrode is not damaged and the coating does not fall off from the electrode. With the reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can more easily detach from the material.
ARC FORCE - is an automatic function of the welder which compensates for any differences between the actual and set welding current. This difference is caused by the instability of the welder's hand.
