Inverter welder MIG, MAG, MMA IGBT 250A 230V
An inverter welder with a 230 V power supply for welding with coated electrodes (MMA) and for welding in a protective atmosphere (MIG, MAG). The welding current can be continuously adjusted in the range of 40 - 250 A. An advantage is the active cooling system and the modern bipolar IGBT transistor, which replaced the older MOSFET. The welder is equipped with HOT START, ANTI STICK, and ARC FORCE systems.
HOT START - allows easy ignition of the welding arc by temporarily automatically increasing the welding current upon electrode ignition compared to the preset welding current size.
ANTISTICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welded material. Should the electrode stick, the electronic circuit reduces the welding voltage and current to such an extent that the electrode does not expand and its coating does not fall off. With reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can more easily detach from the welded material.
ARC FORCE - is an automatic function of the welder that compensates for any differences between the actual and set welding current. This difference is due to the instability of the welder's hand.
