Inverter welding machine MMA IGBT designed for welding with rutile and basic electrodes, mainly for welding stainless steel and cast iron. It is characterized by a modern design and a large and easy-to-read display. It is equipped with four IGBT modules and four power diodes, which guarantees efficient welding with 4 mm thick electrodes. It has automatic functions such as Hot Start, Anti Stick and ARC Force.
ANTI STICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welded material. Even if the electrode sticks, the electronic circuit will reduce the welding voltage and current to such an extent that the electrode does not become red hot and the cover falls off from the electrode. With a reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can be detached from the welded material more easily.
HOT START - enables easy ignition of the welding arc by a short-term automatic increase of the welding current when the electrode is ignited compared to the set welding current size.
ARC FORCE - is automatic. a function of the welding machine that balances any differences between the actual and the set welding current. This difference is caused by the instability of the welder's hand.
