Inverter electrode welding machine MMA IGBT 315 A 230 V

An inverter welding machine for welding with coated electrodes at a voltage of 230 V. The welding machine has a built-in thermostat and fan, which protects against overheating and thereby extends the duration of continuous operation. The welding machine is equipped with an LCD display and smooth adjustment of the welding current from 20 to 315 A. The welding machine has HOT START, ARC FORCE, and ANTI STICK functions.
HOT START - enables easy ignition of the welding arc by temporarily automatically increasing the welding current at the electrode ignition compared to the set welding current size.
ARC FORCE - is an automatic function of the welding machine, which balances any differences between the actual and set welding current. This difference is caused by the instability of the welder's hand.
ANTISTICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the welded material. If the electrode does stick, the electronic circuit reduces the welding voltage and current to such an extent that it does not lead to the electrode burning and subsequently shedding its coating. With the reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can more easily detach from the welded material.
