Inverter electrode welding machine 3in1 MMA TIG CUT IGBT-160A

Inverter welding machine for MMA welding, TIG method welding, and cutting material up to 10 mm thickness with 230 V voltage. An advantage is the active cooling system and modern bipolar transistor IGBT, which has replaced the older MOSFET. The welding machine is also equipped with HOT START, ANTI STICK, and ARC FORCE systems.
HOT START - facilitates the ignition of the welding arc by briefly automatically increasing the welding current when igniting the electrode compared to the set size of the welding current.
ANTI STICK - reduces the risk of the electrode sticking to the material being welded. If the electrode does stick, the electronic circuit decreases the welding voltage and current to such an extent that the electrode does not expand, and the coating does not fall off the electrode. With reduced welding current and voltage, the electrode can be more easily detached from the material being welded.
ARC FORCE - is an automatic function of the welding machine that compensates for any differences between the actual and set welding current. This difference is caused by the instability of the welder's hand.
