Side drill pliers for electronics ESD KNIPEX with a length of 115mm are intended for precise assembly work, e.g., in the field of electronics and fine mechanics. Two-color handles are electrically conductive, dissipative, meaning that electrostatic electricity in these pliers is slowly and controlledly discharged through the handles. They are equipped with pointed jaws without a bevel, a stable passing joint without play, and a double spring with low friction for soft and even opening. Shiny surface in combination with a fine oil film provides good corrosion protection. There is no risk of failures in the circuit caused by peeling of chrome-plated parts. Blades are additionally inductively hardened, the hardness of the blades about 57 HRC. The pliers are made of special tool steel of special quality, forged and oil-hardened in several stages.
