Side cutting pliers for electronics ESD 115mm KNIPEX

The KNIPEX side cutting pliers for electronics ESD with a length of 115 mm are designed for precise assembly work, for example in electronics and fine mechanics. The two-colour handles are electrically conductive, dissipative, meaning the electrostatic electricity in these pliers is slowly and controllably discharged through the handles. They are equipped with round jaws with a small bevel, a stable threaded joint without play, and a double spring with low friction for soft and even opening. The glossy surface in combination with a fine oil film provides good corrosion protection. There are no failures in the circuit caused by flaking of chrome parts. The blades are additionally induction hardened, blade hardness about 60 HRC. The pliers are made from special tool steel of special quality, forged and oil-quenched in several stages.
