Precision Electronics Side Cutter Pliers with multi-component handles 125 mm KNIPEX are precision pliers for the finest cutting work e.g. in electronics and fine mechanics. The advantage is very precisely ground, sharp blades with very small bevels for precise cuts on sensitive electronic components, as well as without bevels for precise snapping. The blades are additionally inductively hardened, hardness of the blades about 64 HRC. They contain a screw joint with precisely manufactured joint surfaces for even movement with little friction throughout the entire opening range and a double spring with low resistance for easy and even opening. Weight is approx. 20% lower than conventional electronics pliers. Forged and made from chrome-vanadium steel on ball bearings.
