They contain a stable slip joint without play and a double spring with low friction for soft and even opening. The glossy surface or highly glossy surface (only version 2) combined with a thin oil film provides good corrosion protection - no failures in circuit due to flaking off of chrome parts. The blades are additionally inductively hardened, blade hardness about 62 HRC. Have rounded tips with a bevel. Made from special tool steel of exceptional quality, forged and oil-hardened.
