Inventories are constantly changing, so it may happen that the goods are not in stock and cannot be delivered at the required time. Of course, in this case we will inform you by phone. Since the supplier replenishes the goods every week, it is not a problem to deliver them within 4 - 14 days from the date of ordering.

On receipt, please check the condition of the parcel, if the parcel is damaged, write a note with the courier. Later claims of this kind can only be accepted if the buyer proves that the claimed defects were already present at the time of receipt from the carrier.

If the buyer fails to collect the goods at the place designated by the buyer and/or within the time range agreed in advance between the courier and the buyer without prior written cancellation, the seller shall be entitled to claim compensation for damages in the amount of the actual costs of attempting to deliver the order unsuccessfully.

Delivery charges:

• Payment on delivery: If the customer chooses to pay for the shipment upon receipt, a fee of € 0.95 incl. VAT will be charged for processing the payment to the courier.
• Shipping - courier. Other factors such as the size, type and nature of the goods also enter into the calculation of the transport price. The price list below provides an overview of the quoted freight rates based on the weight of the whole consignment only and does not include surcharges for oversized goods and fragile goods, which are based on the price list of the relevant courier company. The exact amount of the shipping costs can be seen in the cart when selecting the shipping method. Charges are inclusive of VAT.

• Special transport methods: for selected types of goods (e.g., double column hoist) we order special transport designed to deliver the consignment individually. The customer is always informed in advance about the price of the transport, the price is based on the current price list of the external transport company. In this case, we always try to find the most advantageous price option for the delivery of the shipment for the customer.
