Drilling and cutting oil 400ml STH509

PROPERTIES: 509 is a universal drilling and cutting oil based on mineral oils for light to medium metalworking. 509 extends the tool's life thanks to excellent heat dissipation. It cools excellently from the moment of application on the machining tool and the workpiece. Excellently dissolves hardened residues and sediments. Very good compatibility with materials. 509 also serves as very good corrosion protection.

APPLICATION AREAS: 509 is intended for light to medium machining of standard and high-alloy steel. It is also excellent for conserving finished and machine parts.

APPLICATION: Evenly spray the oil on the machining tool and the parts of the material to be machined. Repeat throughout the entire machining period.

Technical data: Extremely flammable aerosol. The container is under pressure: may burst if heated. Causes skin irritation. Harmful to aquatic organisms, with long-term effects. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. Do not smoke. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use.
