For soft and even opening, they include a double spring with low friction. They also contain a through joint without play. The cutting edge hardness is about 56 HRC. Glossy surface or high-gloss surface (version 2 only) combined with a fine oil film provides good corrosion protection - no failures in electrical circuits caused by flaking chrome parts. Made from special tool steel of special quality, forged and oil-hardened.
