Electronics side cutters 115 mm phosphated with insulated handle type 2 KNIPEX represent precise pliers for the finest cutting work, for example in electronics and fine mechanics. For soft and even opening they contain a double spring with low friction. They also contain a through joint without play. The hardness of the cutting edge is about 56 HRC. Polished surface or highly polished surface (only version 2) in combination with a fine oil film provides good protection against corrosion - no faults in the electrical circuit due to peeling chrome parts. Made from special tool steel of special quality, forged and hardened in oil.
