Stepped drill bits are used for drilling circular holes in ferrous and non-ferrous sheets, tubes, and profiles up to a wall thickness of 4mm, for enlarging and deburring in a single working operation. They can also be used for drilling into soft materials, e.g., wood, plastic, and Plexiglas. The conical drill bit is designed for smooth and deburr-free drilling and enlarging holes without sheet deformation. The drill bits can be re-sharpened.
