The REDATS ROTOR PROFI screw compressor was developed to create an affordable and reliable compressor that combines the simplicity of use of piston compressors with the much higher efficiency and lifespan of screw compressors. The ROTOR PROFI screw compressor is an excellent alternative to large and noisy piston compressors. The slightly higher purchase costs are quickly recouped through trouble-free operation requiring less maintenance, practically zero investment in air treatment, and lower energy costs. Reliable screw stages ensure a bearing life of 30-50 thousand hours. About 30% higher energy efficiency compared to a piston compressor: 1265 l/min (75.9 m3/h) for an 11 kW motor and 10 bar. Built-in dryer with a fixed dew point of 3°C - dry and clean air unachievable with standard flow filters.
