Oil-free compressor 100l 3000W Asta

The air compressor with a 100-liter air tank and 3000W motor power is a combination of quality workmanship and high parameters. The tank with a wall thickness of 2 mm was tested under a pressure of 30 bar, and the quality of welding by the standards VT2 and UT2. The four-cylinder compressor with 3000W power and air flow of 480 l/min is equipped with thermal protection. Patented filters and rubber cushions reduce the noise level to 70 dB. The electromagnetic valve allows the compressor pump to start smoothly without unnecessary pressure. The use of this solution also reduces the impact start current. Proper operation is signaled by an LED diode. The mobility of the compressor is ensured by high-quality double bearings made of thermoplastic material, capable of absorbing vibrations. Thanks to this, the movement of the device is comfortable and safe. The centrally located exhaust valve allows the tank to be completely drained of condensate causing corrosion. The unit is prepared for creating a nominal pressure of 8 bar.
