The air compressor with a tank volume of 100 liters and a motor power of 2200W is a combination of high-quality workmanship and high parameters. The tank with a wall thickness of 2 mm was tested under a pressure of 30 bar, and the welding quality according to VT2 and UT2 standards. The four-cylinder compressor with a power of 2200W and an air flow of 440 l/min is equipped with thermal protection. Patented filters and rubber cushions reduce the noise level to 76 dB. The electromagnetic valve of the non-return valve allows the compressor pump to start smoothly without unnecessary pressure load. The use of this solution also reduces the impact start current. Proper operation is signaled by an LED diode. The mobility of the compressor is ensured by high-quality double bearings made from thermoplastic material capable of absorbing vibrations. Thanks to this, the movement of the device is comfortable and safe. The centrally located release valve allows the tank to be completely freed of condensate causing corrosion. The unit is ready to create a nominal pressure of 8 bar.
