The paint thickness gauge is designed for the precise measurement of the thickness of paint and lacquer layers, especially on motor vehicle bodies. Thanks to fast contact measurement, it is possible to check the thickness of the paint on the entire vehicle in a few minutes. Measurement can reveal damaged parts that have been repaired with a layer of filler or unprofessionally sprayed. The device measures the thickness of layers in micrometers. The device is also equipped with a probe that facilitates measurement in hard-to-reach places.
