Grill press for meat 18 cm

The 18 cm grill press is suitable for both outdoor and indoor grilling, allowing meat to cook more evenly and the pressure forces the fat out of the meat. The grooved surface gives a grilled effect even to meats cooked in a pan or baking tray. Simply place the press on the meat and leave it for a few minutes. The wooden handle does not heat up, but it is recommended to use gloves when handling. It is advisable to coat it with oil to facilitate cleaning after use and to prevent rusting. It is made of cast iron. Not suitable for dishwasher or microwave. It is recommended to wash with a neutral detergent and to dry completely.
