Adjustable pliers 250 mm with multi-component handles KNIPEX are expertly suited for gripping, holding, pressing, and bending workpieces. They replace a set of wrenches, both metric and imperial. They have smooth jaws for the gentle installation of surface-treated fittings. Thanks to the full-area support without play, they do not cause any damage to the edges of sensitive fittings. The adjustment is made by pressing the button directly on the workpiece. The advantage is the smooth adjustment of all wrench sizes up to the specified capacity via parallel guided jaws and no accidental readjustment. The lift between the jaws allows for quick tightening and loosening of screwed connections based on the ratchet principle with a catch. Thanks to the 10-fold increase in hand force, they ensure a very strong grip. They are made from chrome vanadium electric steel, forged, and oil-hardened.
