Adjustable pliers 180 mm with multi-component handles KNIPEX are perfectly suitable for gripping, holding, compressing, and bending workpieces. They serve as a replacement for a set of screw keys, both metric and imperial. They feature smooth jaws for gentle assembly of surface-finished fittings. Thanks to full-jaw support without play, they do not cause any damage to edges of sensitive fittings. The adjustment is made by pressing the button directly on the workpiece, offering the advantage of smooth size adjustment of all keys up to the specified capacity via parallel-guided jaws, eliminating unintentional readjustment. The lift between the jaws allows for quick tightening and loosening of screw connections using the ratchet principle with a catch. Thanks to the tenfold increase in hand force, they ensure a very strong grip. They are made from chrome-vanadium electric steel, forged, and oil-hardened.
