What does a professional and a DIYer need? A good toolbox with quality tools. Dávid Hrončok, managing director of the Pro-Tech Shop, realized this a couple of years ago. And it was the toolbox that gave him the idea of his own e-shop.
Our history dates back to 2013, which was a challenging and unique year for the e-shop. Year after year, step by step, we built the e-shop into what it is today. We listened to our customers - we listened to you and responded to your demand. Our intention was to offer in one place everything that would make work around the house, in the garden, and in the home easier. Gradually, we've added building and gardening equipment, small and large appliances, electronics, kitchenware, household equipment, toiletries, toys to our offer.
The year 2022 was a turning point when we opened a new dispensary in Zvolen. We replaced the brick-and-mortar store with a warehouse with a dispensing room for personal collection. We decided to implement this sales concept for several reasons. The first was to provide the best possible service for the customer, the second was the large amount of goods, often oversized. The assortment has grown to 22,000 items, and we are currently continuously expanding our offer.
